Role: Self Employed Mortgage Brokers
OTE: £30,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
Location: Hybrid
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
Responsibilities / Duties
- Servicing leads provided by the firm
- Generating own leads and new business
- Building long lasting relationships
- Completing Fact Finds & KYC
- Following process & Ensuring all cases are compliant
- Team player
Mortgage Administrator
Role: Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £24,000 Basic (Employed / Self Employed)
Location: Hybrid
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
Responsibilities / Duties
- Dealing mainly with back-office admin
- Collecting & uploading supporting documents onto CRM
- Keying information onto CRM
- Sales progression & updating (Lenders, Solicitors, Estate Agents, Clients)
- Managing the customers journey from start to finish.
- Supporting mortgage brokers through sales process
